Warranty Policy Warranty Policy: The manufacturer guarantees for the Beurer Softlasers, e-Trans Softlasers, & Ther Softlasers are for a period of 1 years, starting from the date of purchase according to the following stipulations. Within the guarantee period, the manufacturer will repair any defects, free of charge, which are proven to be due to fabrication or material faults, whereby it is up to our discretion whether we will replace the entire unit or parts thereof, or repair it. Wearing of parts are not included in the guarantee. Furthermore, the guarantee shall be cancelled in the case of damage caused by the failure to observe the operating instructions, the use of aggressive cleansers, unauthorized tampering with the unit or alternations to the unit.
